As the NDIS landscape continues to evolve following the NDIS Amendment Bill 2024, the focus for 2025 shifts toward the organisational impact of reform. This year's NDIS Providers Summit will explore the challenges and opportunities presented by the new compliance landscape, with a spotlight on financial sustainability, workforce capability, quality and safety standards, and the integration of emerging technologies like AI.
This year’s agenda will help service providers and sector leaders' future-proof their operations through practical strategies that align with the latest policy directions. From navigating workforce shortages to managing financial risk and enhancing digital readiness, sessions will provide forward-thinking insights and real-world examples to support long-term sustainability.
Attendees will gain strategic insights into achieving financial sustainability under evolving funding models, practical approaches to workforce development and retention, and tools to embed quality, safety, and risk frameworks across their organisations. The forum will also explore how emerging technologies like AI can support service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency. In addition, attendees will receive guidance on adapting to ongoing policy and regulatory changes and have the opportunity to benchmark against sector leaders and share best practices for long-term resilience.
